Our Mission: A Truly Global Web

We believe the web should be accessible to everyone, everywhere. YouGlobalize was founded to break down language and cultural barriers that prevent great web experiences from reaching global audiences.

Our Story

From a frustrating personal experience to a mission-driven company helping thousands of designers worldwide.

2018

The Frustration Begins

Founder Alex Chen, while working as a localization lead at Google, struggled to help designers adapt their work for international markets. Manual processes were time-consuming and error-prone.

2019

The Idea Takes Shape

After countless conversations with designers and developers, Alex identified the core problem: no tool existed that understood both design systems and cultural adaptation needs. The vision for YouGlobalize was born.

2020

First Prototype & Funding

With a small team of engineers and designers, we built our first prototype. Secured seed funding from investors who believed in our mission to make the web more accessible globally.

2021

Public Beta Launch

Launched YouGlobalize in public beta. Early adopters from 45 countries provided invaluable feedback that shaped our product roadmap and feature priorities.

2022

Product-Market Fit

Reached 10,000 active users and formed partnerships with major design tools. Our AI-powered cultural adaptation features set us apart in the market.

2023

Global Expansion

Expanded to support 50+ languages and launched enterprise solutions. YouGlobalize is now used by companies of all sizes to reach global audiences effectively.

Our Mission

To empower every web designer and developer with the tools they need to create culturally-adapted, accessible experiences for global audiences. We believe that great design should know no borders.

We're building the infrastructure for a truly global web—one where language, culture, and geography are no longer barriers to exceptional user experiences.

Our Vision

We envision a future where every website is inherently global-ready from its inception. Where designers don't have to think about localization as an afterthought, but as an integral part of the design process.

A world where businesses of all sizes can reach international markets with the same ease as local ones, and where users everywhere experience digital products that feel made just for them.

Our Values

These principles guide every decision we make at YouGlobalize

Inclusivity by Design

We believe technology should bring people together, not create barriers. Our tools are designed with inclusivity at their core, considering diverse cultures, languages, and abilities from the start.

Innovation with Purpose

We innovate not for the sake of novelty, but to solve real problems faced by designers and developers. Every feature we build must make the globalization process easier, faster, or more effective.

Customer Success First

Our success is measured by our customers' success. We listen deeply, respond quickly, and build features that address real needs. When our customers win, we win.

Transparency & Trust

We're open about our processes, pricing, and plans. We believe trust is earned through transparency, and we work hard to maintain it with our users, team, and partners.

Sustainable Growth

We're building for the long term. This means sustainable business practices, thoughtful hiring, and products that stand the test of time rather than chasing short-term trends.

Global Perspective

We think beyond Silicon Valley. Our team is distributed across continents, and we consider global implications in every decision. The world is our market and our inspiration.
